The Foundry Lofts in hot trending Flagler Village in Downtown Fort Lauderdale is a seven-story building completed in 2007 comprised of 36 loft-style units. The industrial-style lofts are one of a few buildings in Fort Lauderdale with gas cooking. The lofts feature hardwood floors, large, oversized windows, 12-14 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a heated pool, and secured covered parking.  The building features a beautifully appointed gym on the first level. The pool area was beautifully expanded and upgraded in 2022 when the building linked to share with the new Forge Loft building. This building has its own association and board independent of the surrounding loft buildings.
