The Mill Lofts is a residential loft building completed in 2007 in Flagler Village in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Mill Lofts is a seven-story building comprised of 36 loft-style units and 2,500 square feet of office/retail space that is owned by the association. These urban, authentic and industrial-style lofts are open and expansive, featuring huge windows and 12-14 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, exposed ductwork, gas range cooktop, secure covered parking. This building has its own association and board independent of the surrounding loft buildings.
